Learning Designer – Critical Thinking & Evaluation (Accountancy & Finance)

We’re partnering with a global professional education body in search of a contract Learning Designer to lead development on a new “Critical Thinking & Evaluation” module, aimed at finance and accountancy professionals. This is a freelance, project-based role for approx. 62–63 days of focused design and development. You’ll help learners sharpen their evaluative thinking, apply analytical reasoning in financial contexts, and strengthen professional scepticism – essential traits in modern accountancy.
Module Aims:
* Enhance learners' ability to think critically within the finance/accounting space.
* Develop skills in evaluating data and making informed decisions.
* Promote ethical reasoning and professional scepticism.
* Encourage self-reflection and continual professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong instructional design experience across digital learning environments.
* Deep understanding of accountancy and finance contexts.
* Ability to design meaningful, scenario-based learning experiences.
* Proficiency with Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, and video/multimedia tools.
* Confidence in translating complex concepts into accessible, engaging digital content.
