Job Description
You provide our guests with a wonderful start to their day with your smile and service during breakfast. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparation & set-up of the breakfast buffet
2. Providing seamless, rapid service and implementing the Motel One breakfast concept “One Smile”
3. Gaining insights into new areas of activity through cross-departmental work in our multicultural teams
Qualifications
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
1. Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be seeking a career change
2. Be open, communicative, and possess hosting skills, along with a passion for the hotel industry
3. Be flexible, creative, and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations
4. Be a team player willing to assist across departments – we achieve our results together
