Position: Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager
The company is looking to recruit an experienced professional to join their dynamic real estate team in Leeds. As a key team member, you will lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project objectives.
4. Implement and oversee project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Monitor project finances and manage change control processes.
7. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders through meetings and reports.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
9. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
10. Mentor and guide junior project managers.
Candidate Profile:
* Ideally, currently working for a consultancy.
* Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification is a plus.
