As an experienced and qualified HGV Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping customers’ vehicles on the road through safe, compliant, and quality maintenance. Key Responsibilities Perform major and minor repairs to Mercedes-Benz trucks Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance services Maintain workshop inventory and ensure cleanliness from spills and dust Work with repair teams to diagnose and plan vehicle repairs Keep accurate records using Keyloop/Kerridge modules Complete relevant paperwork and manage warranty claims Carry out wheel alignment and tyre fitting Ensure customer documentation is completed within agreed timeframes What You’ll Need Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds (or IMI equivalent) in HGV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Experience with diagnostic and service repairs Ability to identify worn or faulty components to DVSA standards Full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes Resilience, motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills Our Values We look for team members who live our values of being: Rewarding: Grateful, courageous, curious Reliable: Honest, attentive, trustworthy Respectful: Inclusive, resilient, kind Sound like you?
