HR Services Team LeaderNottinghamHybrid (3 days on-site)Full time (with flexibility)Up to £36,000Our client are a leading brand going through an exciting period of growth and they are looking for a HR professional to lead a small team of HR Service Officers.The purpose of this role is to drive service excellence leading and coaching a small team of HR Service Officers with duties including:
* Responsibility to managing, updating and re-writing policies and procedures inline with employment law legislative changes
* Provide monthly insights by producing reports on key HR metrics
* Act as subject matter expert for all things relating to employment law and legislation changes
* Monitor service levels and proactively manage any under performing areas
* Coach and develop team members
This is permanent position with hybrid working (3 days on-site) and ideally is a full time position Monday to Friday with flexibility to work a minimum of 30 hours between 8am and 6pm.The ideal candidate for this role does not need previous line management experience but must be an expert in employment law and have experience in writing, amending and updating policy documents in line with legislative changes.
