New Directions Education are recruiting for an enthusiastic Trainee Teaching Assistant to work in Primary schools in the Tywyn area. We have a high demand for various positions within mainstream and additional learning needs classes & we can offer work that fits around your schedule.
Qualifications in the Education and Childcare field are beneficial but those without qualifications and with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. To be considered you will need to have a background working with children or display transferable skills from previous roles – Sports Coaching, After School Clubs, Care work, Customer Service etc. Welsh speaking is essential for this role due to the nature of the schools.
Creating a good working relationship with a school is imperative whilst representing New Directions to ensure the best possible feedback, and to be requested for further placements.
