Responsibilities
* Respond to and address anti-social behaviour, taking a calm, assertive and professional approach in challenging situations.
* Use a zero-tolerance stance with individuals who persistently cause harm to the community, utilising all available tools and powers.
* Build positive relationships with residents to increase public confidence and reassurance.
* Work collaboratively with partners to achieve long-term sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role within community safety, enforcement or public-facing settings.
* Confidence, resilience and excellent communication skills to manage conflict or confrontation, and a strong public service ethos with a genuine commitment to community safety.
This will be a challenging, but highly rewarding role, ideal for someone with the drive and passion to improve the quality of life for local residents.
