About the role An opportunity has opened for a Head of Inspection Services & Maintenance Manager to lead inspection and maintenance activities across approved aerospace operations based in the Bristol area.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee NDT inspection delivery, ensure regulatory compliance (Part-145 / EN4179), and act as a key technical authority while managing teams, budgets and customer delivery.
What you'll need Proven experience managing or coordinating inspection or maintenance teams in an aerospace or regulated environment EN4179 Level 2 or Level 3 certification in at least one NDT method (multi-method highly desirable) Strong knowledge of Part-145 requirements and experience supporting audits (CAA, EASA, Nadcap or equivalent) Background in in-service and/or manufacturing inspection of metallic and composite components Ability to work independently, act as a Responsible Level 3 where xxuwjjq applicable, and support customers on-site Willingness to travel as required and eligibility to obtain UK SC clearance Apply now This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role within a technically respected organisation delivering critical aerospace services.
