Manager III, Business Intel, Amazon Last Mile and Analytics
Amazon is seeking an experienced leader to own the vision for quality improvement through global address management programs. As a Business Intelligence Engineer of Amazon last mile quality team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy and direction of customer-facing products that are core to the customer experience. You will partner closely with product and technology teams to define and build innovative and delightful experiences for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing customer expectations and resolving conflicts to balance client and company needs.
2. Developing processes to maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
3. Driving results in a delivery-focused environment and establishing effective processes.
4. Utilizing technical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence and execute projects.
5. Using data to prioritize and influence decisions, and drive innovation and urgency.
6. Partnering with stakeholders to develop and influence the vision and strategy for customer experience.
7. Supporting scalable growth by enabling the success of the Operations leadership team.
8. Modeling Amazon Leadership Principles and implementing best practices.
Qualifications include:
* 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience.
* 5+ years of managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management.
* Experience with SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight.
* Experience with statistical or machine learning software such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab.
* 4+ years working with large data warehousing environments.
* 10+ years in data warehouse architecture, data modeling, and related technical skills.
