Restaurant Assistant General Manager
Dante Mayfair, located at Claridge's in Mayfair, offers a contemporary Italian dining experience. As a Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will serve guests in our modern dining room, ensuring exceptional service that leaves lasting impressions.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Restaurant General Manager in the co-ordination and leadership of the day-to-day operation of Dante Mayfair.
* Have a strong presence in the dining room during operating hours to support the team and connect with guests.
* Together with the Restaurant General Manager communicate, motivate and train the Front of House team and Back of House team and to encourage teamwork and set.
* Assist in the generation of ideas to impact positively on revenue and to ensure the Restaurant remains competitive.
* Creating strong connections with guests, ensuring they have a reason to return.
Qualifications
* Motivated, highly organised and preferably have previous experience within a similar role.
* Confident and well‑spoken communicator.
* Leadership skills and ability to assist in the leadership of a front of house team of 38 colleagues.
* Demonstrated dedication to Claridge's and commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
* Exceptional knowledge of seasonality, quality food, wines and spirits.
