We are currently searching for a HR/Operations Assistant to assist the client’s HR and operations functions. This is a new role and is based in their Deptford office, as an SME they do not require someone to undertake an HR role full-time, so this is a role with dual responsibilities of HR and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing an excellent level of HR support such as overseeing disciplinary matters and handling grievances
* Liaising with Area Managers to schedule site jobs
* Building excellent relationships and communicating with clients to provide excellent levels of customer support
* General operational support
About You
* Do you reside within a daily commute of Deptford
* Do you have a working knowledge of HR matters (formal HR qualifications would be useful but are not a pre-requisite)
* Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Do you have strong administration skills
* Are you comfortable using Microsoft Office products
