Overview
This charity offers a specialist supported employment programme exclusively for people with a learning disability and/or autism. Locations
* Manchester City postcodes – 2 roles
* Stockport – 1 role
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of 20‑25 clients, creating personalised plans to support them into work
* Deliver one‑to‑one career advice and guidance, including CV writing, job searching and interview preparation
* Spend one day per week at the Stockport office for team meetings and training; the rest of the week is community based (coffee shops, libraries, community centres, Jobcentres, etc.)
* Reach out to employers and decision makers to create job opportunities for clients, meeting them face to face to discuss candidates
* Participate in weekly team meetings, regular one‑to‑ones with your manager and monthly reviews, and structured training will help you get up to speed
Qualifications
* Experience in employability, careers advice, or recruitment (Recruitment Consultant, Job Coach, Careers Advisor, or Employment Advisor)
* Driver with access to a car and paid travel expenses and parking
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Hours can be arranged within an 8am‑6pm window (e.g., 8am‑4pm or 10am‑6pm).
