With a strong client base and a reputation for quality and service, we’re now looking to grow our team with a motivated and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant.\n\nRole Overview\n\nAs a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.
You’ll be responsible for managing existing client relationships, generating new business, and sourcing high-quality candidates to meet client requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and client meetings\n\n * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and service delivery\n\n * Write and post job advertisements across relevant platforms\n\n * Source, screen, and interview candidates via phone, video, or in-person\n\n * Match candidates to suitable roles and present shortlisted candidates to clients\n\n * Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage and beyond\n\n * Negotiate terms of business and offers with clients and candidates\n\n * Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\n * Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role (any sector) preferred\n\n * Strong sales and business development skills\n\n * Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities\n\n * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies\n\n * Proven record of hitting targets and generating revenue\n\n * Knowledge of the Coventry market or surrounding region is a plus\n\n * A self-starter with a resilient and proactive attitude\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Competitive basic salary and high earning potential\n\n * Uncapped commission structure\n\n * Career progression and leadership opportunities\n\n * Supportive and fun working environment\n\n * Incentives, bonuses, and team events
