Workshop Manager.

3. Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
Our Motor trade client is a successful family run business situated outside of Epping, they have been trading for over 40 years with a solid reputation and a solid customer base. They are seeking to hire a member of staff for Workshop Manager & Service Reception, this is a new role so the owners of the business can take a step back from the day-to-day running of the business in a year or so time.
It is essential to the Owners that the successful individual has a strong background as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with 10+ years experience in the role as they need the person in this Workshop Manager / Service Reception role to be able to clearly communicate vehicle issues with both customers and workshop Technicians, as well aid in troubleshooting vehicle problems.
Duties will consist of:
4. Scheduling and managing job appointments within the company diary.
5. Greeting and welcoming customers upon arrival.
6. Consulting with customers to identify and understand vehicle-related concerns.
7. Preparing and issuing accurate invoices for services rendered.
8. Coordinating the handover of vehicles upon completion of work.
