Are you an experienced Service Engineer who takes pride in their work? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? Are you someone who wants to get the job done right, first time every time? Our Service Engineers are essential to efficiently and effectively assist our customers, supporting product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We provide the tools and equipment needed to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools. We monitor and report on installation metrics, performance, and KPIs.
Responsibilities
 * Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards.
 * Demonstrate and explain correct product care to customers.
 * Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer.
 * Ensure optimum stock levels are maintained to enable effective resolution and completion of jobs.
 * Complete service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our "Right First Time" approach, helping to reduce cancelled appointments.
 * Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device.
Qualifications
 * Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification).
 * Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
 * Ability to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
 * Willingness to travel as required and flexibility within the working week.
 * Good time management skills.
 * Good communication skills.
 * A full driving license.
