Join the Close Brothers Transport Team, based out of our East Kilbride offices. You will review and amend CCA Statements for all Customers with Regulated Agreements, update information for UBOs/Corporate Entities/Sole Traders/Small Partnerships and Private Individuals and collate information requests for Asset Finance Audits. Working as part of the Transport team our ideal team member will have previous experience in providing excellent customer service with excellent data entry, organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
1. Check and Distribute Annual Statements to all customers with regulated arrangements within the prescribed timeframe, also carry out amendments to generated statements when inconsistences are identified whilst carrying out sense checks.
2. Assist CB Treasury in Crown Place with the collation of all CBAF Finance Agreements for Audit
3. Manually generate Customer Statements requested by various Branches across the business and review for accuracy, ensure amendments are made prior to issuing to the customer.
