Key responsibilities include:
5. Leading hospitality operations, from regattas and corporate functions to private celebrations
6. Overseeing all aspects of service including stock control, rotas, and menu design
7. Hiring, training, and inspiring staff to deliver exceptional standards
8. Managing budgets, suppliers, and costs to ensure financial efficiency
9. Driving service excellence while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
