Our care teams make a real difference every day. Your professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Leading a small team of carers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and the home. You’ll review care plans regularly, maintain accurate records, and manage your time and your team’s effectively to support residents’ wellbeing. While some shifts might be challenging, you’ll also share laughs, create fun memories, and build lasting relationships with our residents.

Conveniently positioned on the south-west side of the village, close to local amenities. ABOUT YOU
You’ll have NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or NVQ Level 2 with a willingness to study for Level 3. You should have experience leading a care team, be eager to develop into a role with greater responsibility, and be committed to ongoing training for your career growth.
You’ll be a positive role model with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others. As a supportive leader, you’ll inspire your team to provide the best care possible to our residents.
