We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Associate Director to join our client’s Corporate Services team based in St Helier, Jersey. Working closely with the Corporate Jersey Head, you will play an integral role in developing, managing, and providing exceptional client services while upholding the firm’s vision, values, and strategic priorities. This is a permanent position where you will be instrumental in shaping both the team and the services offered, fostering collaboration to ensure market-leading excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
* Maintain consistently high client service levels and address any concerns promptly.
* Provide technical support, training, and strategic guidance to team members.
* Collaborate with the Corporate Jersey Head to define roles, set objectives, and nurture talent in line with strategic priorities.
* Lead business development activities, including client pitches and strengthening relationships.
* Ensure alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in corporate governance.
