This supportive site caters to pupils with a wide spectrum of learning needs - ranging from Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) to Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).We are currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join the team as Unqualified Teaching Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a classroom setting and begin your career in the education sector, particularly within special educational needs.About the Role:As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students in their day-to-day learning and development.
Your duties may include:- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery- Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils with a range of additional needs- Encouraging pupil engagement through interactive and inclusive learning methods- Helping with personal care tasks (where necessary and appropriate)- Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies- Creating a safe, supportive and positive learning environmentYou'll be working closely with experienced teachers and teaching assistants, gaining invaluable experience and professional insight into SEN education.What We're Looking ForWe welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds - no prior classroom experience is required.
