We’re working with a small, independent mortgage brokerage based in Suffolk that’s looking to hire an experienced administrator. The firm provides advice on residential, BTL, commercial, bridging and protection products, and they pride themselves on delivering a high standard of service to clients. The role is to support a small team of advisers, with a focus on preparing and submitting mortgage and protection applications, keeping the CRM up to date, liaising with providers and lenders, and helping to keep the pipeline running smoothly. You’ll also be the point of contact for client queries and will play a key role in making sure cases progress efficiently and that all supporting documentation is accurate and compliant. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with previous experience in a mortgage environment, ideally with exposure to specialist lending and protection. It’s a collaborative team, so the right person will be someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, being involved across a wide range of tasks, and who’s keen to continue learning in a supportive environment. Strong communication and organisation skills are important, as is the ability to keep on top of detail in a busy office.
