Leading a wide-ranging portfolio including planning, regeneration, inclusive economy, arts and culture, and major investment programmes, you will guide strategies that help create a more equitable, sustainable borough for all who live and work here.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative leader with deep experience of complex urban environments. You will:
Progress our Inclusive Growth Strategy, support pathways into good work and local enterprise, nurture the creative and cultural sectors that define Camden, and lead place-based regeneration that delivers long-term value.
Be politically astute and confident in navigating competing interests, building strong relationships with partners, communities and businesses while keeping equity, fairness and opportunity at the centre of your work.

Requirements
Strategic, collaborative leader with deep experience of complex urban environments.
Experience in shaping economic and spatial strategies within a borough context.
Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder interests and maintain a focus on equity and opportunity.
