About the role
We're on the lookout for a talented Digital Marketing/Performance Manager. This is a full-time role based in our HQ in Sheffield with flexibility for partial remote working.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing (HoM), you will manage a high-performing, multi-channel marketing engine across Paid Media, PPC, SEO, CRO, content, and creative - placing data and performance insight at the heart of every decision.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the strategy as well as being hands-on across key platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Google and Bing Ads, with a strong focus on tracking, attribution, and CRM data quality. In addition, you'll work alongside our HoM to ensure our website is always delivering the best possible experience for new and returning visitors.
Performance Marketing
* Identify, design and execute B2B lead generation strategies across paid search, paid social as well affiliates.
* Manage and optimise budgets across digital channels to achieve maximum impact.
* Build and optimise full-funnel acquisition journeys, supported by structured A/B testing and experimentation.
* Bring creativity – and think differently to how we can grab the attention of our audience.
* Own measurement, attribution and reporting, delivering clear insights tied to pipeline and revenue.
* Stay current with digital trends and technologies, bringing new ideas and best practices to evolve our digital marketing approach.
Website & Digital
* Work alongside the HoM to develop the strategy, assets, and ongoing optimisation of FourJaw's website.
* Own website performance improving conversion, UX and SEO. Leading the design, development, and continuous improvement of customer journeys.
* Ensure all digital experiences are optimised for performance, usability, accessibility, and conversion.
* Partner closely with HoM, Sales and Product teams to deliver high-impact website enhancements to keep the website current with the correct content.
* Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) through A/B testing, personalisation, and data-led experimentation.
* Ensure best practice implementation of SEO, site architecture, and technical performance.
* Maintain high standards for site governance, security, compliance, and brand consistency.
* Use analytics and customer insight to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement.
* Work alongside HoM to keep the website current with the correct content and offer the customer an enjoyable user experience
What we're looking for
* Qualification - Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B SaaS or technology sectors
* Familiar with HTML/CSS/JS knowledge for custom website development.
* An eye for beautiful design and a high level of attention to detail.
* Ability to design and create assets using creative tools (e.g. Adobe, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma).
* Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, or similar).
* Experience managing web content, analytics, and SEO tools (e.g. GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEO Moz).
* Resourceful and self-motivated, that's comfortable working within a small but impactful marketing function.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively and collaboratively across different teams.
* Deep, hands-on experience across, paid social, PPC, display and affiliates.
* Strong expertise in tracking, tagging, attribution and data quality.
* Analytical, commercially minded and confident to constructively challenge ideas.
* Solid understanding of content creation and brand communication to ensure consistency across digital channels
* Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
* Experience in the manufacturing or technology sector is a plus.
