Duties
* Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice and assist them with check-in procedures.
* Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations to optimise the dentist's schedule.
* Handle patient inquiries both in person and over the phone, providing accurate information regarding services and procedures.
* Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring all information is up to date.
* Process payments and manage billing inquiries in a professional manner.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
* Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and support during treatments as needed.
Requirements
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare setting.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software for scheduling and record management.
