* Deliver learning activities under the direction of the teacher or SENCO
* Provide support for pupils with SEN across the curriculum
* Lead small groups or one-to-one sessions
* Contribute to planning and assessment of pupil progress
* Support behaviour management and promote positive engagement
Person Specification SEN HLTA
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
* ECT looking for more SEN classroom experience
* Experience working with SEN pupils in a school or educational setting
* Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt learning to meet individual pupil needs
* Team player, patient, and proactive
