An established and well-capitalised real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Sales & Development Associate to join its tight-knit, entrepreneurial team in Central London. You'll be working on some of the city’s most high-profile residential schemes—combining sales, project delivery, and commercial strategy in one dynamic position.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the sales process for luxury residential units across multiple developments
* Coordinate and oversee estate agents, lawyers, and buyers to drive transactions through to completion
* Support negotiations, and help close high-value deals
* Deliver sales reporting and provide market insights to internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with development teams on layouts, finishes, and overall design direction
* Support broader commercial initiatives—from sourcing materials internationally to enhancing resident/member experiences
✅ We’re Looking For
1. 3+ years of experience in residential sales, development, or real estate advisory
2. Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
