Job Outline
Working as part of the Watford showroom team, you will actively approach clients, assist them, identify their requirements, and suggest suitable products from our range to meet their needs and aspirations.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
* Greeting clients upon entry to the showroom.
* Recommending appropriate product ranges based on client specifications (dimensions, budget).
* Providing detailed and accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
* Handling client payments, including credit/debit card transactions, with receipts.
* Answering phone queries and assisting clients.
* Following the established sales process.
