Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, while proactively generating new business and repeat sales through engaging telephone outreach.

Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and objectives.

Accurately process customer orders, ensuring smooth and timely fulfilment.

Coordinate with the production department to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on schedule.

Handle customer queries with professionalism, providing timely and effective solutions.

Support day-to-day office operations and general administrative activities as needed.
Skills Profile:
This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a target-driven sales environment and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. A third-level qualification and/or at least two years of sales experience will be an advantage, but a passion for sales and a drive to succeed are key.
