As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re seeking a seasoned Business Growth Consultant to act as a strategic partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and entrepreneurial consultant with great experience that can shape and deliver a high-impact growth strategy that positions our business for scalable success—both in the UK and international markets.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a commercially focused Growth Consultant with a track record of helping product-based businesses accelerate revenue, streamline operations, and enter new markets. You’ll collaborate directly with the founder to design a go-to-market plan, which you will then lead and execute to deliver measurable results.
This is a consultancy position, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real, visible impact from day one.
What You’ll Do:
Growth Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic plans to scale revenue across UK and international markets.
Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new sales channels, partnerships, and geographic markets for growth.
Go-To-Market Planning: Craft tactical go-to-market roadmaps for new and existing products.
Performance Management: Define KPIs, track campaign success, and adapt strategies to maximise ROI.
Digital & Social Selling: Improve our online visibility, customer engagement, and social selling index (SSI).
New Business Development: Bring a hunter mindset to lead generation and open new revenue streams.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in scaling product-based businesses (experience in swimming pool, hot tub, or leisure industry is a bonus).
Expertise in business development, go-to-market strategy, and lead generation.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset—data-driven with a focus on ROI.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, results-driven environment.
