Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales department by ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between various stakeholders. The working hours will be 10am - 6pm Monday - Friday
Duties
* Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing proposals, and coordinating meetings with clients.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
* Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies and materials with sales goals.
* Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing necessary documentation and information.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in order processing to ensure timely delivery of products.
Skills
* Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
* Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in documentation and reporting.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
