About the Psychology Graduate Role As a Psychology Graduate, you will work as a Teaching Assistant in a specialist primary school for children with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties, including autism. The Psychology Graduate will collaborate with teachers and therapists to support communication, behaviour and individual learning needs, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Psychology Graduate Key Responsibilities Support individual pupils and small groups to access the curriculum
Assist with therapeutic activities and behaviour-support strategies
