What we're looking for
* Passion for putting people first
* Organizational and time management skills
* Understanding of CQC regulations
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate healthcare teams
* NVQ in Health and Social Care (a plus)
* Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Daily responsibilities
* Coordinating care delivery using our scheduling system
* Adjusting schedules based on staff availability and new client needs
* Ensuring staff attend meetings, supervisions, and training as per CQC standards
* Supporting the Registered Manager in providing high-quality care
* Participating in on-call duties on a rotating basis
