The role:
Merton Integrated Learning Disability Team (MILDT) are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced specialist physiotherapist with an interest in working with adults with a learning disability.
MILDT work as part of a multidisciplinary, integrated health and social care team delivering specialist health provision and social care to adults with learning disabilities. We work in the community to ensure adults with learning disabilities lead as independent and fulfilling lives as possible.

– Grade / Band: Band 6 & 7
– Start date: ASAP
– Full Time (35 Hours): Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00)
Requirements
– Minimum 2 years post graduate experience (within the UK) including acute hospital experience and/or experience within the social care setting.
– HCPC Registered.
– Learning Disability experience essential.
– Full UK driving license and access to vehicle for business use preferred.
