Core DutiesWorking alongside the sales team, the EMEA Sales Representative’s core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across the EMEA territory.
* Manage inbound sales enquiries and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
* Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and meetings across the EMEA region.
* Coordinate internally with the commercial team regarding availability of products.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and report on performance metrics to the Commercial Manager.
Skills RequiredEssential:
* At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional audio or related tech sectors.
* Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Experience working with international clients or distributors.
* Comfortable presenting technical information.
* Full UK driving licence and valid passport; willing to travel internationally often.
* Be prepared to spend at least one week a month in our Burnley based office.
Desirable:
* Background in audio engineering or music production.
* Experience within a manufacturing or engineering business.
* Fluency in additional languages (German, French).
