pdg advertising is a performance-driven digital marketing agency based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
We manage over £1 million in annual ad spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok, working with clients across the UK, US, and Europe. Our focus is simple: drive measurable growth and revenue.
We are a small, high-performance team. That means high ownership, fast decision-making, and no room for passengers.
The role
We are looking for a paid ads manager who can take full ownership of campaign performance across multiple client accounts.
This is not a task-based PPC role. You will be responsible for understanding performance, identifying opportunities, and making decisions that directly impact results.
You will work across ecommerce, lead generation, and event-based campaigns, building and optimising paid media strategies that scale.
Key responsibilities
* Own paid media performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok
* Plan, build, and optimise campaigns with a clear testing roadmap
* Analyse data to identify why campaigns are performing or underperforming
* Manage budgets with a strong focus on ROI and scalability
* Develop audience strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and exclusions
* Turn performance data into clear, actionable insights
* Work closely with the account manager to ensure client-ready communication
* Proactively identify issues and opportunities without being prompted
What we’re looking for
* 3–6+ years hands-on experience in paid media (Meta and Google essential)
* Proven ability to improve performance, not just manage campaigns
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to act on data quickly
* Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
* Clear communicator who can simplify complex data for clients
* High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for results
* Naturally proactive — you investigate problems before escalating them
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience with TikTok ads
* Ecommerce and/or lead generation experience
* Familiarity with tracking, attribution, and tools such as Google Analytics
* Agency experience
