This position is suited to a highly capable project professional with extensive experience operating within NEC3 or NEC4 contractual environments. You will take ownership of design management, programme coordination, commercial oversight and contractual compliance across a large-scale, technically complex proje

A thorough understanding of NEC contracts is essential, with the ability to confidently manage change control processes, Early Warnings, Compensation Events and contractual notifications throughout the project life
cycle.

* out YouProven experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or large-scale building pr
* ojects.Minimum of five years' practical NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract management expe
* rience.Strong understanding of contract administration, change management and commercial governance pro
* cesses.NEC accreditation or formal NEC training would be highly advant
* ageous.Degree qualified in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related disc
* ipline.Strong commercial awareness and financial management capa
* bility.Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* skills.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced project envir
* onment.Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing decision-making at all
* levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving
