We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support ongoing housing refurbishments.
You'll take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all on-site activities for refurbishment projects
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Maintain quality control across internal and external works
* Liaise with residents, clients, and the wider project team
* Produce progress reports and maintain site documentation
About You
* Proven experience managing refurbishment or planned works in housing
* Strong understanding of H&S and CDM requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to lead teams and drive productivity
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
