We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to work with us looking after a collection of contracts within Watford, Stevenage, Hemel Hempstead and Milton Keynes with travel required to surrounding areas.
Location: Flexible- Covering sites from Watford, Stevenage to Milton Keynes
Rate of pay: £55,000 per annum, bonus + amazing benefits
We are looking for someone who can:
* Ensure contracts are organised and performing in accordance with and to our brand standards and company values
* Assist the managers in the overall efficient and effective management of their contracts, which is to provide a high-quality product and food service to our clients
* Ensure development and training of our team
* Assist in ensuring that contracts are running in line with contractual obligations
* Drive the service and support to exceed our clients and customers' expectations, innovating and being creative
* Implement plans to achieve successful results for each contract
* Assist with new mobilsations
