An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established supplier in Doncaster. Due to ongoing organic growth, they are looking to expand their team with a dedicated and detail-oriented individual. Key Responsibilities: * Branding & Picking Workflow Management: * Manage the workflow for the Branding and Picking departments, ensuring that all orders are completed efficiently and on time. * Work closely with the Customer Service team to address any order-related issues, including discrepancies or special requests, and provide timely resolutions. * Ensure clear communication between departments to resolve customer concerns and provide updates on order statuses or delays. * Collaborate with the Inventory team to resolve stock-related queries and discrepancies Report Management: * Manage, and populate multiple daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to order fulfilment, picking, and branding. * Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time to management for review.
