Due to continued business growth, Marine Systems Technology have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager.
The Commercial Manager is responsible for overseeing all commercial and contractual, aspects of the company's business activities. This includes managing the full contract lifecycle, from bid and tender through the contract execution and post-award management until programs delivery and closure.
The role is critical in developing and executing commercial strategies, negotiating and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with internal and external legal and regulatory requirements, and safeguarding the organisation's interests while driving revenue growth and minimising risk exposure.
Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Programs, Finance, QASHE, Operations, and Sales, the Commercial Manager ensures that commercial activities are aligned with business objectives and delivered to the highest standards of contractual and commercial excellence.

Candidate Requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree in either; Business, Law, Finance, Management Accounting, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent)
* Significant experience in contract, commercial management, or procurement
* Strong understanding of legal frameworks, contract law and regulatory compliance
* Regulated sector experience
* Defence sector experience is highly desired
Working hours are Mon-Thurs Friday flexibility on start/finish times)
