About the Role
Working with pupils within small class groups to improve education outcomes and enrich the learning opportunities available. Effectively using resources and delegating Teaching Assistant support within the learning environment to ensure that all pupil needs are met.
Role:
1. To deliver high quality curriculum lessons through collaborative planning and assessment of pupil need.
2. Ensure that pupils thrive and make progress across all aspects of their learning journey and social development.
Duties:
3. To take responsibility for curriculum coordination in a specified subject.
4. Ensure detailed long term, medium term and short term planning.
5. Ensure appropriate resourcing and support to non-specialist teachers.
6. To monitor and evaluate all necessary assessment opportunities identified within your planning.
7. To participate in all education and care assessments. To evaluate, review and inform future target setting and base lining.
