Now, we’re on the lookout for a Group Tax Manager to join our Finance team and lead the charge in tax compliance and strategy.
Your Role
As our Group Tax Manager, you will:
* Oversee corporation tax, VAT, and employment tax obligations across the UK and Ireland.
* Identify opportunities for tax efficiencies while ensuring compliance with evolving legislation.
* Play a key role in strategic projects, including acquisitions, disposals, and cross-border transactions.
* Collaborate closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders to drive success.
What Success Looks Like
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Qualified CTA with solid UK Corporate Tax experience, ideally with exposure to VAT and Employment Tax.
* Proficient in Alphatax with strong analytical and planning skills.
* A confident communicator who builds strong relationships and thrives in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team.
* Driven and energetic, taking full ownership of responsibilities and continuously seeking process improvements.
Working Conditions
We operate in a hybrid working environment, which means you’ll be required to come to our Milton Keynes HQ at least once per week. This flexibility allows you to balance your work and personal life effectively.
