Responsibilities
* Conduct market research for Fright industry trends, competitive pricing, and emerging opportunities.
* Effectively manage service operations, supply information, and generate quotes for various transportation modes, including air, road & ocean
* Collaborate with customs brokers, furnishing them with accurate information for swift import/export clearance in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Proactively identify and report any pending claims, gathering necessary details for prompt and professional claims processing in line with company protocols.
* Collaborate with carriers for competitive transportation rates, analysing trends and benchmarks.
* Perform thorough cost analysis for shipping routes, considering factors like fuel costs and customs fees.
* Work closely with sales teams to develop pricing strategies aligned with company goals.
* Prepare accurate freight quotes, ensuring compliance with pricing agreements.
* Manage contracts with carriers, periodically reviewing and renegotiating for optimisation.
* Utilise data analytic to analyse shipping data, monitor market changes, and inform pricing decisions.
* Communicate pricing information effectively to internal teams and external customers.
* Address customer inquiries, finding solutions that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
* Collaborate with other departments to align pricing strategies with overall business goals.
* Provide support to sales teams in presenting and explaining pricing structures to customers.
* Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure pricing practices adhere to legal standards.
* Regularly evaluate pricing processes, implementing changes for efficiency and competitiveness.

Qualifications
* Experience in handling multiple modes of freight (Air, Ocean & Road).
* Proficiency in using various systems such as CDS, MultiFreight, Cargowise, etc.
* At least 2 years of experience in the freight industry.
* Strong Account Management
* Pricing and Freight Coordination Experience
* Import / Export Freight Experience
