We are three founding partners with +30 years experience in Marketing / Marketing Systems and Database Development / Sales.
Product / market fit: We found problems in our day jobs (a global media company) that are shared by every Marketer and can be solved with ML engineering.

Where we’re at
We’ve identified product / market fit, we have a wire frame of our data flow, a user interface design, a draft of our AI model architecture and a Dev Partner - a $200mn global business who we’re partnering with to build and test our model.
We’re self-funded with clear milestones to profitability and we have angel investors if we need further funding (happy to tell you more about this).
We have several senior advisors and now we’re looking for an ML Engineer to start building.
The role
We’re looking for a Machine Learning expert to help shape our ML strategy, architect the model, and build it from the ground up.
* Work with co-founders, CEO & Chief Operating Office (Marketing Systems and Database Development) and freelance help from an Assistant Professor of AI at UCL to identify the right ML strategy for digital:clock.
* Architect the model and build it from the ground up. Our first product helps marketers plan multi-channel comms, the second to generate leads for sales teams. Both use data in our clients’ data stack, show optimisation opportunities to Marketers, then send comms optimisations to clients’ marketing platform.
* We need to build a zeroshot API to integrate with clients’ data stack and marketing platform.
* Build / test / learn with our Dev Partner.
* Once we have our training model we’ll need to do some context engineering for each client.
* We have budgeted for separate front end development / tech support.
Your Skills
* Love to build / test / learn ML solutions from ground up.
* Excited by the chance to build a foundational AI model in the Marcoms space.
* Happy to work remotely with regular weekly face-to-face or remote catch ups with founders.
* Self-starter, happy to discuss a brief and go off and build, with support if needed from a freelance Assistant Professor (AI UCL).
* Happy to work with Dev Partner on test / learn at early stages - they’re very nice, our CEO used to be VP Marketing there.
