About
As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will work in a supportive environment, building a professional team that trusts each other and takes ownership of the practice’s success. Responsibilities include:
* Assisting the Dentist by providing chairside support and ensuring equipment and materials are available
* Supporting and assisting a wide range of patients
* Following practice health and safety and infection control procedures
* Keeping clinical areas and equipment clean, tidy, and disinfected
* Accurately completing patient clinical records
* Completing all clinical logs and checks regularly
Qualifications
The National Diploma in Dental Nursing (Level 3) includes:
* On-the-job training
* Online learning
* Face-to-face training sessions
* Recording of experience
* Written and practical exams
