Job Description:
Our Milton Keynes site is now recruiting for a Stock and Systems Coordinator to join their friendly team on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: £24,744 per annum.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
The purpose of a Stock and Systems Coordinator is to ensure accurate stock levels on site, capture all work completed on site from the current warehouse management systems, and provide the business and customers with details of all site activities.
Key Duties of a Stock and Systems Coordinator:
* Support the management team to meet company and customer deadlines.
* Book in and control deliveries and collections of all stock on site.
* Maintain stock accuracy by ensuring all stock being delivered and collected has relevant paperwork, is accurately booked onto the system, and labelled as required.
* Manage, record, and report all stock discrepancies/non-conformances.
* Record weekly cycle counts/stock checks.
* Liaise with internal and external contacts and customers politely.
* Assist with ISO administration by completing information accurately and timely.
* Perform administrative tasks as required for the smooth operation of a busy distribution environment.
* Produce reports as needed.
* Additional responsibilities such as handovers, missing stock investigations, damage control, and samples.
Qualifications:
* Competent in verbal and numerical reasoning.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure using initiative.
* Proficient in PC use (Excel and Word or equivalent).
* Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
* Effective communicator with excellent customer service skills.
