Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with leaders and functional SMEs to develop an understanding of current state, refine a future state vision, and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
2. Drive gap analysis, future state design, and implementation execution – including definition of requirements and testing to ensure solutions deliver the expected impact, in close collaboration with business and technology team members
3. Ensure highly productive discussions and outcomes by defining agendas, clearly outlining objectives, and facilitating senior leader collaboration sessions
4. Build project and process content for audiences varying from business subject matter authorities to executive committees
5. Measure impact improvements implemented, and complete interventions where necessary to drive increased impact and adoption

Qualifications

6. 8+ years of experience leading business process mapping, process design and improvement initiatives- ideally in complex or global environments, with demonstrated ability to turn insights into scalable, sustainable solutions; experience in HR or talent -related processes is a plus.
7. Track record of optimally completing projects across people, process, data, and technology in complex, global organizations
8. Strong process approach, ability to effectively translate business problems into implementable solutions with quantifiable business benefits
9. Strong influencing skills, tried ability to work across organizational boundaries inspiring change and harmonization across a global organization
10. Results oriented attitude, operates with high sense of urgency. Proven track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of schedule
11. Strong written and verbal communication
12. Process discovery, design, and implementation experience
13. Experience improving SuccessFactors and similar solutions
14. Knowledge of business process modelling and process mining solutions required
15. Proven understanding of Lean concepts and tools a plus
16. Experience working on an Agile / Scrum team a plus
17. Prosci certifications a plus
18. Product Owner and/or Scrum Master certifications a plus
19. Master’s Degree in an Business, Engineering, or Science discipline
