HR Assistant

Main responsibilities for the HR Assistant:
1. Act as a point of contact for HR queries, providing timely and professional support to employees, managers, clients, and stakeholders.
2. Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions, probation reviews, and off boarding activities.
3. Support recruitment processes by drafting job adverts, managing applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting pre-employment checks (e.g., right-to-work and references).
4. Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, policy updates, and employee correspondence.
