Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Engineer to guide a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers, collaborating closely with bid managers to prepare proposals for High Voltage AC & DC substations, offshore wind farms, battery energy storage systems, and green hydrogen production projects-supporting the broader Green Energy Transition. This position requires a dynamic and motivated individual with strong knowledge of the tendering and bid process, as well as a deep understanding of relevant markets and customer value drivers that support successful bidding strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in high-voltage AC substation design and primary plant, along with an understanding of protection and control systems, SCADA, OT cybersecurity, telecommunications, metering, current and voltage transformer specifications, and substation integration. Key Responsibilities Lead preparation of bid submissions for opportunities related to high-voltage substations, offshore wind, energy storage, and hydrogen projects.
