Job Description
3. Oversee the company's financial transactions and reporting procedures.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation.
5. Prepare financial statements and business activity reports.
6. Direct investment activities and implement cash management strategies.
7. Communicate financial metrics to senior management.
8. Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
9. Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
10. Review financial reports for ways to reduce costs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
11. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
12. General ledger review and maintenance
13. Month-end sales reconciliation and reporting
14. Management of recharges
15. People management
16. Invoice recharging and debtor ledger control
17. Tooling reconciliation
18. Overhead analysis and reporting
19. Internal audits and J-sox processes
20. Budget compilation
21. Stock and component reconciliation
22. Manning reports & analysis
23. Depreciation, Fixed Asset & Capital WIP Control
24. Working knowledge of payroll management
25. Driving licence
